Please make a point to see Dr. George Grant's 10/13 entry titled "Just a Friendly Reminder" which includes some good quotes for the election season.

Here is one sample:
"Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost." John Adams

I think some today would re-phrase:
"Always vote for the person who claims to be conservative and has the best chance of winning, and you will find yourself voting with lots of other people, and you can feel good about your choice as long as you don't reflect too much upon it."
