I'll not open this post with an apology for the lack of recent posting. You see, when there is a lack of posting, the regular droppers-by stop dropping by, so that no one to whom an apology may be due is around to receive it anyway.
It seems that these days, even as the blogosphere continues in great popularity, there is an acceptance among most audiences of the inevitability that bloggers will take breaks and some will cease blogging completely due to time constraints relating to higher priorities.
For instance, I am a husband, a father of three, an active churchman, and a full time employee. So my "free" time is clearly not going to be devoted to entertaining you lot with my sometimes humorous quips and otherwise religious tidbits. Not that "you" are not important, whoever you are, but really, come on, I know it is not shocking to you that I am so inactive here on this site at the moment.
If you insist on hanging around and soaking up my wisdom, you'll have to spend your time in my archive section. If you find yourself chuckling at any inconsistencies between my Protestant days and my Catholic days, please fire me an email so that I can chuckle with you. I may even take a moment to compose an explanatory post here.
Peace to you and yours.
