If you attempt in an open assembly to declare a sin of my child, because I have not made a "sufficient" effort to address the "sin," you are necessarily accusing me of abdicating my responsibility.
Right?
If I call a company to complain and I tell the customer service person that I need to speak with their supervisor, I am necessarily adding to my original complaint the charge that the customer service person is incompetent or unwilling to take care of the problem.
Right?
In an ecclesiastical application, that charge of abdication or incompetence is serious.
Right?
